Wedding Day Problems: Meghan Markle’s Dad Won’t Be There For The Wedding?!
Meghan Markle’s dad, Thomas Markle, will unfortunately not be the one that will walk his daughter up the aisle on Saturday after the staged paparazzi pictures row.
TMZ has reported that Mr. Markle has pulled out from attending the wedding due to the embarrassment caused by selling staged paparazzi photos to the media.
And another website states that he had suffered a heart attack less than a week ago.
Kensington Palace had previously released a statement in which they confirmed that Meghan’s dad would be the one that will walk his daughter up the aisle.
Mr. Markle was supposed to arrive in the UK this week alongside Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, where they would use the time until the wedding to meet and spend time with The Queen and members of the Royal Family.
Kensington Palace has responded to reports that Meghan Markle’s dad, Thomas Markle, won’t be attending the royal wedding this Saturday, and therefore won’t be walking his daughter down the aisle.
Kensington Palace statement reads: “This is a deeply personal moment for Ms. Markle in the days before her wedding. She and Prince Harry ask again for understanding and respect to be extended to Mr. Markle in this difficult situation.” Now, in his absence, who will have the honor of walking Meghan down the aisle to wed Prince Harry?

What do you think? Maybe her mom. Or her father-in-law-to-be Prince Charles? Guess, we’ll just have to wait a few more days to find out.
