Prince William And Kate Plan To Bring The Children To More Engagements
Prince William and Kate Middleton have three wonderful children. Prince George is the oldest, being 7, followed by Princess Charlotte, 5, and the youngest Prince Louis, 2. As they grow they will slowly start to have more and more royal duties, such as more public appearances and engagements.
And it seems that dad William and mom Kate already want to start to, at least, make it easier for them and make it familiar. The two have said that they plan on involving their two eldest children more in future royal duties.
“William and Kate have loved watching Prince George and Princess Charlotte grow and develop over the last year,” a source reports in the newest issue of Us Weekly. “They have both grown up so much and are little people now rather than kids.”
The insider continues by saying that both the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge “hope to be able to take the kids with them on royal engagements” next year, as far as it doesn’t “interfere” with their Thomas’s Battersea school responsibilities.
At the moment the family of five are enjoying the festive season in their country home in Norfolk, Anmer Hall.
“It’s their favorite time of year,” a source revealed in the previous month. “In fact, they’ve already written their list for Santa and are nagging William and Kate to put up the Christmas tree.”
The insider also described George as “well-behaved”, continuing with: “All the kids are, but Charlotte and Louis both have a cheeky streak. Louis is more like Charlotte in personality than George!”
He also revealed some fun details about the children, saying that the future king is “obsessed with helicopters, planes and marine biology” and wants to get into diving, “Charlotte loves gymnastics but has recently taken up kids’ yoga.” The little Princess has even started teaching her younger brother g and tree pose.
Fans of the family were overjoyed when the family shared their holiday card earlier this month, which saw them all together, in what seems to be a yard at their country home. The caption on the Instagram post read: “The Duke and Duchess are delighted to share a new image of their family, which features on their Christmas card this year”.
The family photo came just one week after the family made their first appearance together in some time, with it also being the children’s red carpet debut when they went to The Palladium’s special performance of The National Lottery’s Pantoland, which was held to honor frontline workers amid the global pandemic.
