Meghan’s Latest Outfit Included A Sweet Throwback To Her And Harry’s Wedding
The Duchess of Sussex saved one of her most stunning looks for last on her three-day royal Morocco tour with the Duke of Sussex.
Harry and Meghan finished up their tour with a visit with Mohammed VI, the King of Morocco, at a royal residence.
For the occasion Harry wore a grey suit, while Meghan was dressed in a bespoke dress by Carolina Herrera, a blue-patterned ensemble with flowing sleeves.
She accessorized her outfit with a white clutch and a piece of very familiar jewelry.
Eagle eyed fans immediately noticed that the earring she wore tonight might be the same earrings she wore during her wedding in May.
We can’t say for sure that they are the same considering the new Morocco photos are kind of far away. But they look really similar!
Meghan’s earrings Cartier diamond earrings. She wore Cartier also before the royal wedding, when she attended the Invictus Games Reception in London.
Tonight’s outing marked the couple’s third outfit change of the day. The couple ended the Morocco tour by spending time with the king at his private residence surrounded by his immediate family.
It was actually more like a get together with friends with the 15-year-old Crown Prince Moulay Hassan greeting Harry and Meghan outside the door after they arrived in the King’s private home, a 1950s Arabic-style country mansion set in a lush garden of ferns and bamboo trees in the capital Rabat.
During the reception, Harry and Meghan also gifted personal letters from Her Majesty to The King, the Palace also revealed on Twitter.
The couple met the royal’s two sisters, Princess Lalla Hasna and Princess Lalla Meryem, who wore colorful long sleeve dresses for the meeting.
However, there wasn’t sign of the King’s wife Princess Salma, who has been the subject of much speculation after disappearing from public life more than a year ago.
Prince harry described how he had an invitation from an unknown individual to stay on after their tour ended: “He was very keen on getting us down there two days after this trip, unfortunately we have commitments to get back to.”
The Duke of Sussex also said to the King that he would not be able to take up the “fantastic invitation.”
But he added: “Next time we will schedule it properly. We will keep it very quiet from everybody out there.”
