How Duchesses Kate And Meghan Are Becoming More Of A-Team
A source reveals how the two duchesses have grown.
At the Wimbledon final, we got to see Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton make a joint appearance. The two were there to show support for Meghan’s friend Serena Williams, at the same time showing how their relationship has grown.
According to People, from a close insider, “You’re seeing more confidence from Meghan recently but also from Kate,” which just shows how both royal women are adapting and growing in their roles in the royal family.
Royal expert Robert Lacey also told People, “Coming from different backgrounds, I think, they have more the makings of a team than people imagined.” The royal expert is certain that we will be seeing more and more of both the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Sussex working together in the upcoming years. He explained, “And they have a common interest as partners to these two men who are so crucial to the monarchy, along with their children.”
The insider for People also explains how Meghan was going through an adjustment period after joining the royal family. They explained, “She pretty much arrived in the U.K. and went straight into learning how to be royal.”
The source continued, “Here she was planning her wedding, which anyone who has done it knows how stressful that is, while also immersing herself in a new country, a new family, a new life, all while living in a fishbowl.”
We hope to see lots more joint appearances from Meghan and Kate in the future, as this royal couple might turn out to be a fan favourite if the two duchesses start working together more frequently.
