Charlotte Stole One Of Mom’s Signature Moves For The Wedding Photo Shoot
Prince George and Princess Charlotte have become wedding portrait pros. Well, how couldn’t you, after being pageboy and bridesmaid for the fourth time in these two years. The two royal siblings brought their A-game for the photo shoot and gave picture-perfect smiles for Princess Eugenie’s official wedding photographers on Friday.
George, 5, flashed his adorable toothy grin, while his sister Charlotte, 3, who sat beside him, with her legs crossed at the ankle-a move most often used by her mother, Kate Middleton, who also first sparked the term the “Duchess Slant”. This is a kind of mini version of her mother’s signature move.
āTypically the āDuchess Slantā is used when a lady has to sit for an extended amount of time while keeping poise and posture,ā Myka Meier, royal etiquette expert and founder and director of Beaumont Etiquette, has stated.
Kate and even the newest addition to the royal family Meghan Markle have been regularly photographed using the “Duchess Slant”.
In the shot, which was taken by photographer Alex Bramall, George and Charlotte join their fellow bridal party members: 4-year-old Mia Tindall; Savannah, 7, and Isla Phillips, 6; and 5-year old Maud Windsor (who attends Thomasās Battersea with Prince George).
Also among the bridesmaids is Theodora Williams, 6, the daughter of British singer Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field. And among the page boys is Louis De Givenchy, 6 ā the son of Zoe and Olivier De Givenchy.
The little bridal party members wore designs by Amaia, one of Princess Kateās favorite childrenās wear designers.
