Prince William And Kate Photographed In Balmoral
After flying commercial out of England, William and Kate have made it to Balmoral Castle, the Queen’s Favorite Scottish Getaway.
The royal couple was spotted jumping out of a Range Rover on the Queen’s Scottish estate this afternoon.
Kate can be seen wearing a lovely grey jumper, dark pants and khaki backpack while William wore a navy sweater over a light blue shirt.
Queen Elizabeth, regal in a full tartan look, was also spotted out and about.
According to the photos, many member of the royal family were present for the gathering including Prince Philip; Princess Anne; Sir Timothy Laurence; Peter Phillips, his wife, Autumn Phillips and their two daughters, Savannah and Isla.
Although they weren’t photographed at the gathering, George, Charlotte and Louis are also at Balmoral Castle. They were photographed at Aberdeen airport on Thursday morning.
However, the Sussexes will not be joining the family in Scotland as Harry already has things planned in London.
He will be at the Rugby League Challenge Cup Final at Wembley Stadium. Simon Johnson, the Interim Chair of the Rugby Football League, confirmed Harry’s appearance earlier this month.
Simon revealed: “The Rugby League Challenge Cup Final is established as a special and historic day in the British sporting calendar. It was first contested in 1897, and first staged at Wembley Stadium in 1929 – and we are delighted and honoured that the Duke of Sussex will be attending in his role as Patron of the Rugby Football League.
“We hope His Royal Highness will enjoy seeing the two current best teams in front of a passionate and colourful crowd at Rugby League’s showpiece event.”
Harry, who was previously only vice-patron, is now a patron of the Rugby Football League, since December 2016, taking over from the Queen, who was patron since 1952.
